As Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set for another US visit, Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg has extended his warm welcome to the leader of the world’s largest democracy.
Zuckerberg wrote in his post, “I’m excited to announce that Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India will be visiting Facebook HQ later this month for a Townhall Q&A. Prime Minister Modi and I will discuss how communities can work together to address social and economic challenges.”
Zuckerberg also requested his followers to post their queries as comments below the post and assured that they would try to address as many as possible.
He also said that he will post the live video on is profile which will also be visible on Modi’s official page on Facebook.
Zuckerberg, in his post, also mentioned his last meeting with Modi in India. He said, “I had the chance to visit Prime Minister Modi in India last year and it’s an honor to have the chance to host him here at Facebook.”
PM Modi also thanked Zuckerburg for inviting him to visit Facebook Headquarters.
“I thank Mark Zuckerberg for the invite to visit Facebook HQ and for the Townhall Q&A at 10 PM IST on 27th September,” PM Modi tweeted.
